  • Develop and implement long-term investment strategies for real estate portfolios, aligning with financial goals and market conditions
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify investment opportunities, evaluate potential acquisitions, and recommend divestments
  • Create and maintain comprehensive asset management/strategy plans for each property in the portfolio.

Asset Strategy & Management

  • Oversee the execution of asset-level and portfolio-level strategies to drive NOI growth, asset appreciation, and investor returns.
  • Identify and execute value-add initiatives including redevelopment, re-leasing, and cost containment.
  • Manage third-party property managers, leasing teams, consultants, and joint venture partners.
  • Proactively manage loan covenants, debt maturities, and refinance opportunities.

Leasing & Disposition

  • Direction of commercial leasing strategy including oversight of third-party leasing brokers to ensure all efforts align with ownership goals, drive value, and support the asset’s broader investment strategy
  • Oversee all stages of the sales process, including broker selection, pricing analysis, marketing strategy, buyer due diligence, negotiations, and closing
  • Present recommendations to ownership with regular, ongoing communication
